We provide Residential participation with a two-night stay and food at the Hilton Garden. For more than two days' stay, please write to us stm@socio.org.uk

Accommodation

We recommend that you stay at the Hilton Hotel, as we have provided options for residential conference participation. The conference residence is limited to two days only. It starts on Oct 2nd at 1 PM and runs until Oct 4 at 12 noon. Those who prefer accommodation before Oct 2 or after the 4th, excluding the conference days, can inform us in advance. You can pay for this additional stay directly to the hotel upon arrival, either in IDR or by credit card.

The hotel rates are IDR 1,050,000 net per room per night, including breakfast for 2 persons which is equivalent to INR 6225/US $ 65.

Bedrock Hotel

The shuttle is arranged from Bedrock to Hilton during the conference.
