Paper Submission
The following style files and templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word.
Templates: Depending on whether you are using LaTeX or Microsoft Word for formatting your paper, you can download the following templates that incorporate the formatting specifications:

LaTeX users: Note new LaTeX templates IEEEtran LaTeX Class (template) V1.7 packages and IEEEtran V1.12 BibTeX (bibliography) packages. Be sure to use the template’s conference mode. See template documentation for details.
Page Length: The maximum length of the paper is 6 pages as per IEEE template. However, additional pages (up to 4) will permitted based on extra fee of $60 per page.
Note to Authors: All submissions MUST be blind. Authors should not specify their names and affiliations in the paper.
